Positive Mental Attitude
Join us on this journey. Let’s flood the digital world with hope, inspiration, and positivity. Together, we can reshape our cultural landscape, one positive thought at a time. Welcome to Everyday PMA. Let’s make a difference, every day.
Our mission is to help people heal from trauma and thrive. Learning to think positively is often the first step in this healing journey. Our members share the teachers, books, music, and content that have helped them along the way. You are invited to participate by sharing what has helped you in our group on Facebook or putting the #everydaypma hashtag on positive content.

Daily Practice
Having a daily meditation routine is one of the the best ways to stay focused and reduce stress. There are many ways to meditate and it’s all about seeking the answers that are inside you already. You are the only one who can do this work for yourself. Guided meditations are great for beginners and when your mind is out of control.
Training Your Brain
Physical exercise, doing breathing exercises, practicing yoga, meditation, asking yourself questions, processing trauma, shadow work, inner child work, parts work and using EFT are all ways to train your brain to respond in healthy ways to stress, trauma. This will lead to a more joy filled life experience and become more resilient.
Goal Setting
Most people start by healing their traumas from childhood and life. Once you have healed your trauma you can set more goals for your life. Removing the distorted thoughts and perceptions that trauma has caused will leave you feeling happier with a clear mind, greatful for what you have and inspired to achieve more.
